Cartagena +30 represents an opportunity for the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean to conduct a review on the progress made and the protection challenges facing the hemisphere, and to tackle them in a pragmatic and innovative manner, based on the results and advances of the 2004 Mexico Plan of Action.
